Course Overview
This 7-week Basic Yoga Teacher Training Program is a residential, skill-based course designed to prepare competent instructors capable of teaching foundational yoga practices in communities, schools, wellness centers, and fitness settings. The training is conducted entirely in the Nepali language, ensuring accessibility for participants from all regions of Nepal.
The course is held in Nagarjun, Kathmandu, providing a peaceful and supportive environment ideal for both physical and personal development. As a fully residential program, participants are provided with accommodation, meals, and essential on-site facilities to support a focused and immersive learning experience. Participants stay at the institute’s residential accommodation.
Developed in alignment with CTEVT Nepal’s competency-based training standards, the curriculum integrates both theoretical knowledge—including yoga philosophy, anatomy, and ethics—and practical instruction in asana, pranayama, meditation, and class sequencing.
